Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day you received your order, however this does not apply to certain items such as personalised gifts or items customised for you.

It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as this information is used for personalisation.

If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on 07852279694 or via email to hello@jollygoodpost.co.uk. Where possible we can look to make the required alterations.

Please get in touch to cancel your order and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact.

If you’re unhappy with your item, please return it within 21 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This excludes personalised items where an error has been made that was not a fault of Jolly Good Post or the item has not been cared for in your possession.

If the item is faulty, we will also refund the returns postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge (if any).

Please send your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order. You must contact us before returning an item.

Please note that goods remain your responsibility until they reach us and returns postage cost shall be borne by the customer, unless the item is deemed to be faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
